Responsibilities

• To assist in all-rounded HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, C&B, policies & procedures, employee relations and staff performance management.
• To assist in establishing & maintaining HRIS to support HR objectives.
• To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3-year HR experience, preferably gained from sizeable organization.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and policies related to salaries tax.
• Hands on experience in HRIS.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Detail-minded, well-organised, with strong numerical sense and high accuracy.
• Good working attitude & be a good team player.
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
• Proficient in PC applications, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
