Responsibilities:

• Follow up sales, purchase orders and delivery management.

• Assist SZ sales to achieve sales target and fulfill business partners’ request..

• Cost negotiation mainly with Japanese vendors.

• Assist in building and expanding the business relationship with key business partners.

• Analyze customers’ request from SZ sales and summarize to Japanese Vendors.

• Assist in projects follow-up

Requirements:

• F.7 or above

• Over 3 years’ experience in sales supporting role, preferably in Electronics field. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales coordinator.

• Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

• Good team player and customer oriented.

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Knowledge in Japanese will be an advantage.

• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel).
