The role:
-Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and marketing calendar to meet sales and branding objectives.
-Ensure digital initiatives (Search Marketing, Social Media, Website) are integrated and in-sync with overall marketing strategy.
-Oversee eCommerce development, maintenance and business opportunities while encouraging digital marketing activities are efficiently converted into website traffic.
-Monitor digital campaigns and evaluate campaign effectiveness against pre-determined KPIs.
-Manage both internal team members and external agencies to deliver against targets.

Requirements:
-Minimum 8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing within Hospitality, Entertainment or Retail industry, China experience is a must.
-Strong knowledge in eCommerce operations and management.
-Digital-savvy and passionate about the digital industry, strong knowledge in SEO/SEM/PPC, Social Media and other digital marketing channels.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, in a team and also independently.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in both written/spoken English and Mandarin, Cantonese an advantage.
-University degree in Marketing, Business Management or a relevant discipline.

Salary: HKD55,000 – 70,000
