RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for identifying, defining and performing demand reporting & analysis using different sources of information, such as primary market research and competitive intelligence
• Provide marketing performance analysis and recommendations for improvement
• Lead primary research projects and Demand Generation Planning for East Asia & India
• Audit data used for operational marketing processes reporting and analysis
• Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders and drive Customer Journey KPIs, benchmarking and providing good visibility of marketing spends and performance
• Perform analysis on different scope such as marketing communications, general sales, programs, markets, customers and competitions
• Collaborate with other departments in the preparation of analyses and transformation
• Provide Assistance on the mentoring of junior analysts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum of 8 years experience in data science / marketing performance analysis
• Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools is preferred as well as understanding of relational databases
• Good understanding of Energy Management industries with Schneider Electric products knowledge
• Highly motivated, positive attitude, customers focused and a good team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong project management skills are needed
• Excellent operational and implementation skills and ability to deliver on time
• Good command in spoken and written in English
• Some traveling is required depending on business needs
