Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse market evolutions and identify growth drivers
- Analyse major competitor events and strategy evolution
- Define organic & external growth strategy for Retail Business (Business Models/channels, offer)
- Define specific marketing strategies for Retail Business as a part of overall Retail Business Strategy
- Deliver investment priorities for offer road map and business models
- Cascade Partner strategy in Retail Business on business model strategy, Digitization and info systems
- Conduct M&A files for the division and contribute to Retail strategy committee
- Able to transform ideas into strategic programs where relevant
- Analyze information/data and covert into actionable insight
- Contribute to strategic monitoring of programs by being in-touch with the deployment actions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Management or MBA degree holder
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing, consulting and/or sales development experience
- Experience in developing comprehensive marketing and actions plans, channel development, customer marketing will be ideal
- Having worked in Strategy would be an added advantage
- Capability to understand various business culture and work efficiently with several stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically (with at least 3-5 years horizon) and able to transform strategic thinking into business initiatives that deliver tangible business outcomes
- A team player who succeed through collaboration
- Communicate a compelling vision, define common cause and build motivation
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
- Structured and very well organized
- Strong results orientation, passionate and ambitious
- Good command of spoken and written English
