You - Project Manager

• You’ll ideally have 1 - 2 years experience in market research. Practical exposure to online research methodology and technology is an advantage.
• Good English language skills are essential, and either Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese or Korean language skills are an advantage (but not essential).
• Client management experience, displaying a solutions driven approach.
• Familiarity with technological resources including Excel, SPSS and aptitude to use web base survey tools
• Excellent communication skills – specifically how to distil the issues, manage client expectations and communicate in a timely manner under pressure.

Ranging from entry-level project managers to experienced project managers, these challenging roles require you to manage client projects from start to finish, producing quality results to tight deadlines. Key responsibilities include:

• Consulting with clients about project objectives and plans
• Liaising across departments and with overseas team-mates to ensure projects run smoothly
• Ensuring online questionnaires are accurate and thoroughly tested
• Managing fieldwork and quotas, ensuring available sample is efficiently used
