Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of all marketing related activities of both brands within the responsible region;
• Work closely with brands’ marketing heads in implementing marketing strategies given by brands, including adjustments to local needs;
• Conduct brand and product trainings at set-up and seasonal level, both regionally and locally;
• Ensure that both subsidiaries and distributors are following marketing guidelines with specific brand initiatives;
• Establish, maintain and control budget and marketing expenditure;
• Responsible for all advertising and PR activities;
• Develop/ maintain brands’ commercial network quality;
• Manage and review all media buying activities;
• Supervise all visual merchandising and trade marketing activities;
• Maintain press library and recommend new channels for marketing opportunities;

Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent in a marketing or related major, post-graduate diploma/ degree in any marketing/ communications related discipline is a definite plus.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferable with experience in jewellery/ watches/ fashion industry. Corporate, wholesale and retail experience is a definite plus.
• Keen interest in fashion and luxury products.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Out-going, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Creative thinker and able to propose and implement marketing activities which bring novelty and freshness to the business, resulting in deep brand exposure and clearly impacting sales results.
