Our client, a reputable Chinese bank, is seeking Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to join their team. Focusing on Deposit Products, candidate is responsible for: 

Responsibilities 

• Oversee marketing programs and product development for Deposit products and perform portfolio management for income generation
• Formulate the marketing communication strategies and plans to expand the bank’s market share in deposits business and achieve business goals
• Drive new product ideas with innovation to build market awareness and competitive edge
• Liaise with internal departments, advertising and research agencies and other external parties to deliver quality service and achieve business targets in an effective and timely manner
• Prepare marketing materials and relevant business proposals for presentation
• Assist to evaluate the effectiveness of every marketing campaigns for continuous improvement
• Formulate and develop briefings to frontline staffs

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant marketing experience in deposit and loans products in banking / financial field
• Solid knowledge in deposit , investment, insurance and loans products
• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
• Proactive, outgoing and a good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

*** Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
