Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies & execution of CRM programs

• Lead a small team to compile customer and campaign analysis with recommendations for all CRM initiatives

• Conduct research for customers understanding

• Handle ad-hoc assignment when required

 Requirements:  

• University graduate in Marketing or other related disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience with 2 years supervisory experience

• Interest in the dynamic and exciting field of skincare and cosmetics

• Attention to details,self-motivated, willing to learn and face challenges
