Job Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for planning and logistical execution of corporate events, and provide excellent support services during the production of events

• Adhere to event budgets, organize work schedule, execute event logistics, and ensure smooth operational rundown of press conferences/events

• Liaise with external agencies and outsourced contractors/vendors for the arrangements of the events

• Arrange guest invitation & registration, prepare business correspondence & presentation materials, maintain database & information related to the event

• Handle event production including material sourcing & delivery, assist in conducting & follow-up meeting presentation, event preparation, logistic arrangement and rundown

• Assist in handling ad-hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:- 

• University degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field

• 3 years event coordination experience in the field of advertising, marketing, public relations or mass communication  

• Knowledge in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing 

• Strong communication, organizational skills and be a good team player

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Independent, detailed-minded, outgoing and able to meet deadlines
