Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Location: Chai Wan, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:              

• Handle business pass from Sales Team
• Client Servicing, maintaining good business relationship with clients       
• Provide cost estimates to client upon request   
• Co-ordinate with various in-house departments including prepress, production control and delivery for meeting production schedule             
• Handling customer enquiry and complaint                          

Requirements: 

• Form 7 graduates or above         
• Minimum 2 years working experience especially in client servicing or printing/design company preferred             
• Good command of spoken & written English      
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of customers           
• Proactive, self-driven with huge sense of responsibility and detailed oriented   
• PC Proficiency required
• Day Shift Monday to Friday 11:00 - 19:30, Saturday 14:00 - 18:00 (Alternative Saturday)
