Senior Art Director, Digital

Job Descriptions:

• Concept development and production of online media campaigns include Websites, Campaign websites, eDM, online banners, and various digital marketing materials including facebook and mobile promotion.
• Ensure production efficiency on a daily basis through efficient resource planning, productivity and allocation.
• Develop creative concepts that align with strategy & creative briefs, media opportunities, technical specifications, production plans, QA, and execution briefings.
• Adhere to guidelines and offer new ideas.
• Mentor and advise designers and agency at large, bringing digital thinking to the table at all creative discussions.
• Ownership of delivering exceptional creative work on time, and on budget. 

Qualification:

• Passion for great design and innovative digital executions.
• Minimum 4 – 5 years of digital agency experience.
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in InDesign, HTML, Flash, Dreamweaver and web development.
• A desire to learn new programs and discover new ways of thinking
• Proven success in creating digital campaigns from start to finish.
• Experience in manage a team or individuals within a creative group.
• Understanding of usability and what makes a good web project.
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
