Responsibilities

- Responsible for generating revenue by proactively seeking sponsorship and merchants

- Allow potential and existing business partners to understand what NDN Group can do for their business

- Develop consultatively long-term relationships with business partners to drive sales

- Effectively develop and execute sales strategic and meet revenue target in aligning to company strategy

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and able to formulate the sales pipeline

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams on business opportunities and market intelligence

- Provide regular business reports, analysis and recommendations to management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of solid sales experience in e-commerce/event sponsorship/digital advertising

- A proven ability to plan, develop, and execute online sales strategies through excellent presentation skills

- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to produce effective sales

- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with sales expertise, and strong negotiation techniques

- Highly motivated, presentable and strong communication & listening skills to understand clients' needs with excellent language skills in English & Chinese required
