Responsibilities:

• To perform shift patrol and to report findings
• To facilitate and assist Guest Service Supervisor in events
• To keep up with company standards and maintain quality control within property
• To perform overnight duties if needed
• To perform any ad hoc duties as required by management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant experience in customer services field is preferred
• Experience in security work and serviced apartment will be an advantage
• Good team player and customer-oriented
• Good Interpersonal & Communications Skills
• Good command in both English & Chinese
