Responsibilities:

• Draft, prepare and review legal documents, commercial agreements and documents
• Provide legal advice and support on commercial issues to user departments
• Liaise and negotiate with external professionals on all legal matters
• Handle general litigations and assist in ad hoc projects
• Advise on relevant regulatory developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in law, qualified lawyer
• At least one year post-qualification experience in major law firms or corporations
• Good interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
