Requirements:

• Solid experience in handling corporate related matters 
• At least 2-4 year experience as a Paralegal in the corporate, corporate finance, funds or banking finance practices. Solid Experience in reputable law firm/s would definitely be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 
• One of the position requires native/near native English, the other positions requires native/very fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese
• A good team player 
• Hard working; high sense of responsibility and good judgments skills
