Responsibilities：

• Providing full range of company secretarial professional services to our clients including offshore , oversea and Hong Kong list companies
• Organize board ,committee and shareholders meetings,
• Prepare board minutes and resolutions;
• Prepare public announcements, circulars, interim and annual reports
• Liaise with both internal and external parties on company secretarial issues
• Assist with basic administrative duties
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties

 Requirements：

• Bachelor Degree with Associate member of ICSA/HKICS
• Minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience in list company
• Familiar with the HK Listing Rules, SFO requirements, Companies Ordinances and other statutory compliances and regulations
• Fluent Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediate available is preferred

 Working hours:

• Mon-Fri      : 09:00 to 18:00
• Sat            : 09:00 to 13:00
