Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily functions of all operational staff and outside contractors of our premier residential properties
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination with all parties
- Establish Security & Maintenance policy and procedures in line with the expected standards
- Monitor the Building Security System, Fire Fighting Equipment and operation of other facilities
- Handle emergency incidents related to the building, such as typhoon, flooding, and electrical failure, lift breakdown, etc. and submit the Incident Report
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder in Housing Management or related disciplines
- Member of HKIH/CIH is an advantage
- 8 years' experience in managing luxurious residential properties with 4 years at supervisory level
- Well versed with the Deed of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
