Job Description
Job Duties
- Responsible for key accounts management
- Consolidate customer services related performance data and analyze KPI
- Handle customer complaints to fulfill ISO requirement
- Support management to execute the required procedures
Education and Experience
- Bachelor Degree of any subjects
- Over 3 years relevant working experience in customer service or sales & marketing operations
- Strong in Excel and anaylsing skill and other MS office applications
- Customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
