Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up sales orders and customers’ enquiries.
• Responsible for goods delivery and shipment arrangement.                                                     
• Take care of customers' claims and returns.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job requirement:

• Tertiary educated or above in any disciplines.
• At least 2 years' experience in customer services preferably in wholesales or export business of FMCG.
• Hands-on MS Office applications knowledge with SAP is an advantage.
• Mature, diplomatic, independent and well-organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office and knowledge of database.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Fresh graduate will not be considered.
