Our client is a well-known retail company with rapid expansion in the market, they are currently look for passionate candidates to join their store management team.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
• Oversee the daily running of the store to ensure the store is operating properly
• Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits
• Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
• Evaluate the manpower planning and allocation of shop operation
• Contribute and implement marketing programs to enhance brand’s awareness
• Collect, analyses and compile report of market information

Requirements:

• 6 years’ retail experience
• Meticulous, able to lead and drive sales performance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
