Job Description
Job Responsibilities
l Manage daily store operations, store-related planning and arrangement
l Achieve sales target and Company business objectives
l Lead a small sales team, monitor sales performance, provide analysis on business and market trends
l Experience in set up, maintain and implement shop operational policies and procedures
l Manage all store operational issues
Job Requirements
l 10 years related working experience, of which 5 years in retail Shop Manager capacity
l Experience in international retail or luxury brand, background in lingerie sector will be an advantage
l Familiar with POS system
l Results–orientated, presentable and willing to work under pressure
