工作職責:

• 負責顧客療程時間的預約及安排，細心說明療程後的護理與跟進服務
• 妥善處理客戶的查詢及問題，並及時將客户的意見回饋公司 
• 建立並維護客戶資料
• 顧客關係管理，與客人建立互相信任的關係
• 協助各部門以確保中心日常運作暢順

職位要求:

• 有興趣投身纖體美容業或有相關顧客服務經驗者優先考慮
• 具良好溝通能力、客戶服務意識及領導才能
• 成熟細心及性格開朗、工作積極主動有耐心及親切有禮
• 持國際認可美容文憑更佳

工作地點:

• 尖沙咀、銅鑼灣、中環
