Responsibilities

• Assigning work and supervising installation carried out by contractors
• Follow up channel/ customer issues and problem solving 
• Monitor and review performance of contractors including quality of customer services, KPI results and compliance to policy and procedure
• Conducting surprise checks and prepares regular evaluation report to installation contractors 
• Coordinate inter-departments to provide solution to service partners
• Carry out any duties to meet and exceed customer satisfaction as assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree with minimum 3 years related experience
• Solid experience and knowledge of services operations, preferably in telecom or consumer electronics industry
• Good analytical and problem solving skills 
• Familiar with PC operation including MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
