YOUR ROLE:

• Provide service to complete order fulfillment. Manage accounts in terms of order processing, follow-up order to ensure price integrity and on-time delivery.
• Handle overall delivery process including, but not limited to order placement, expedite deliveries, quality control. Monitor inventory conditions and keep inventory accuracy.
• Handle customer’s enquiries, prepare quotations, follow-up order and provide after sales services.
  
  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints to ensure timely responsiveness to customers.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping department for goods receiving, packing and shipping.
• Follow-up delayed payments.
• Provide office administration support.
  
  

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 2+ years customer service or related experience is preferred.
• Strong data entry and organization skills.
• Detail oriented and good follow-up skills.
• Ability to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
  
  

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

• Degree is preferred.
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Chinese Typing and Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills are required
