Responsibilities:

• Orders follow up, communicate with customers & all related parties
• Periodical review on customer needs, suggestions & complaints
• Implement ways to achieve the assigned sales and service targets
• Update relevant information & provide market analysis to management
• Complete internal reports and participate in various projects
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by Company
• Less experience will be considered as Sales Trainee

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above
• 1~2 years sales experience, experience in retail / wholesale , footwear & fashion retail operation is preferable
• Good PC Knowledge / Skills ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
• Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
