Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and courteous customer services and handle customers’ enquiries
• Handle daily cabling order processing with fulfilment on-time
• Co-ordinate post-sales order implementation with service delivery team
• Follow-up on customer overdue payment and exercise control mechanism
• Conduct Data Centre site tour to customers
• Maintain good customer relationship and customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• Diploma / Form 7 graduate
• With 2-year customer service / technical support experience in IT / Telecom / Data centre field
• Familiar with computer hardware, computer backup tape and Internet service operations
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner, interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and serving attitude
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
