Brief Overview:

• To develop, support and manage the growth of individual accounts and their respective practices and business, through communicating a market leading range of products and services for tissue augmentation and skin rejuvenation in the aesthetic industry

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for achieving sales target of the assigned territories    
• Organize and maintain territory record/database
• Provide sales service to customers and build good relationships
• Report key competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management in timely manner
• Develop business plan sales strategy to ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Assist in planning, implementing and executive sales & marketing programs
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new customers
• Identify and develop local KOLs and Master Trainers
• Support sales and marketing events, including seminars, workshops, training, demonstration, exhibitions and etc 

Job Specifications:

• University undergraduate, preferably major in science or related subjects
• 2-3 years of experience in sales preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industry 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency with MS Office in Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
• Basic selling skills
• Ability to make written or oral presentations effectively and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
• Good team player with high degree of integrity and responsibility
