Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of air import/export documents, transhipment, I/E custom declaration & billing
• Perform clerical duties including data entry, preparation of documents, filing, email reply to customers, etc.
• Liaise with customers on shipment arrangement, order processing and follow up as well as handling general enquiries
• Support and back up operations team in an efficient and effective manner     
• 5.5 day work; need to work one week night shift (2:00pm to 10:45pm) per month
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay

Requirements:

• Form 5 or DSE graduates
• At least 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding industry     
• Knowledge of air business import/export operations
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent and hardworking
• Good in written and spoken English/Chinese
• Willing to work night shift one week per month
• Immediate available is preferred
