Responsibility:

• Contact person of customers
• Closely cooperate with the supervisor and handle daily communication with external & internal customers
• Handle billing / administration works for the department
• Provide accurate and regular update to customers of shipping status
• Any ah-hoc assignment by direct supervisor and manager

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with at least 1 year experience in logistics industry is an advantage
• Able to handle full set of import/export documents and operations
• Good computer knowledge, MS Office, Excel, Outlook etc
• Proficient in English in both written and spoken, including Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-minded with good team player
• Willing to work over time
• Frequent travel to Shenzhen
• 5.5 day work week
• Immediately available is highly preferred
