Responsibilities:

• Handle Shipping arrangement (incl. online booking), full set of shipping documents and monitor shipment schedule
• Liaise with factory; supplier; shipping / logistics service provider for shipment,
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• F5 above or with Diploma
• 2-3 years relevant experience in trading company
• Experience in shipping arrangement to US & Canada Market
• Experience in shipping arrangement to famous store (e.g. Target; Kmart; TRU; CostCo; Dollar Tree) is an advantage
• Good knowledge in MS office (words, excel & PowerPoint);outlook and Chinese word processing 
• Responsible; self-motivated; detail-mined; and able to perform multi-task to meet tight schedule
•  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
