Responsibilities:

As Managing Director, you will report to Chairman as well as our Group Chief Operating Officer. You will be driving sales and operational process through a strong group of team leaders in HK and PRC responsible for establishing & leading effective strategies, business plans, budgets and results management to accomplish business objectives. Your role also requires rainmaking and helping the team win and retain key accounts through development of CRM / KAM, marketing strategies, and brand management as well as distribution channels and increased coverage.

Requirements:

The right person should be degree qualified, preferably in Marketing or Business Management, from a recognised university. He/she should be an experienced leader, with at least 10 years of progressive and successful sales management experience in sizable organization, preferably in property development, hospitality or service-oriented organization in branded products. A self-starter, work independently, comes with strong network and contacts from the market. High level of proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST. Frequent travel to PRC is a must.
