Responsibilities:

• To support the Finance Manager in providing all financial-related reporting to support the operations such as Year-end audit, Annual Profit Tax filing, Budget/Forecast, Management Disk, Departmental Expense analysis, etc
• To supervise a team to perform and ensure the procedures of account receivable, payable and payments are all complying with the legal requirements and the Group’s requirements
• To assist Finance Manager to enhance current system (SAP) and work processes, ensure proper financial control and accountabilities
• To support Finance Manager for all ad hoc projects assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ work experience with 1 year in supervisory level in sizable or listed companies
• Work independently and good at communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Hands on experience in SAP system is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
