Responsibilities:

• Assist Factory Operations Manager on annual & monthly production/ capacity planning;
• Liaise and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely material delivery for executing the production plans as scheduled;
• Participate in capacity and flow planning for our new plant in Yuen Long.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Production Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in production or capacity planning in Food/ TCM Industries;
• Good MS Office & statistics knowledge, with exposure in supply chain/ JIT/ MRP/ MPS is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
