Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions of the firm including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, insurance, MPF, tax returns etc.
  • Responsible for update and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate with other department heads to formulate HR policies and strategies
  • Conduct and compile HR reports and analysis
  • Provide payroll support to clients
  • Handle administrative matters


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in professional firm is preferable
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR regulations
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
  • Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
