Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions of the firm including recruitment, payroll, attendance, leave, insurance, MPF, tax returns etc.
- Responsible for update and maintain employee records
- Coordinate with other department heads to formulate HR policies and strategies
- Conduct and compile HR reports and analysis
- Provide payroll support to clients
- Handle administrative matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in professional firm is preferable
- Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR regulations
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Independent, attentive to details, with positive working attitude
- Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills
