Responsibilities

• Follow up sales orders, sales invoicing and related shipment arrangement
• Order processing with factory
• RMA processing
• LC review and related document handling
• Coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery process to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• F.7 or above, preferably with relevant working experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English & fluent Mandarin
• Shipping and logistic experience is preferred
• Proficient in computer skills including MS applications and Chinese typing
• Mature, well-organized and good interpersonal skill
• Detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, diligent and self-motivated
• A good team player with high initiative, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
