Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource functions as well as ad hoc HR projects of the Group

Requirements

• University graduate in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Over 20 years’ relevant experience with at least 10 years in managerial capacity in Human Resource functions
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislations in Hong Kong and the PRC
• With solid experience in leading and implementing HRIS
• Effective leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer software
• Self motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team
• Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager, Human Resources
