Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of IFA to develop, implement and realise business strategies. In addition, he/she is responsible for developing and diversifying IFA & Brokerage network in Hong Kong by providing all-round sales services.

• Assist in delivering business and financial plans in terms of sales growth and new business profit contribution targets
• Assist in developing/diversifying the network of IFA & Brokerages in Hong Kong
• Provide sales support to the IFA & Brokers who allow direct contact with individual consultants by:
  
• providing service to assist the consultants new to Aviva to build up the habit of promoting Aviva and its products
  
• conducting training and one-on-one service to IFA & Brokers.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines, Insurance qualifications an advantage, e.g. LOMA, CII
• Good knowledge of the IFA & Brokerage market: key players, trends, channel needs
• Good numeric sense and understands profit drivers of life business
• Good knowledge of the regulatory framework
• Good command of English (written & spoken), fluency in Mandarin is a preferable
• Familiarity with business plan preparation
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Interpersonal & relationship building ability
• 5 years life insurance experience, specifically in the distribution area
• Good network within HK financial services sector
