A Young and friendly Gifts & Home Deco Trading Company is looking for a Graphic Designer.

Job description:

Using provided style guides coming from Major Licensors (Mattel, Hasbro, Universal, Sanrio…) you create 2D products concepts, packaging, catalogues.

You responsible of the approval process of the new products from concept to production.

Other basic tasks such as photo shoot, photo editing, background removing are part of your job.

Working on Mac, you must be have a full knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop. Any 3D design skills are a plus!

You are creative and aware of the latest trends.

We speak English as the company is western owned, but Mandarin might be necessary to communicate with factories in Mainland China.

Nice working environment in a cozy office located in One Midtown (Tsuen Wan).

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare for catalogue/POP/Website
• Develop and edit publicity material (e.g. newsletter, leaflet and brochure)
• Organize and prepare for event exhibition
• Handle the day to day artwork needs on print, digital magazine and marketing materials
• Manage design process from creative concept to final output file
• Present creative proposals and fulfill them Implement feedback and edits efficiently

Requirements

• University or Design Institute graduate in graphic design
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• Good artwork, output and photo touch up skills
• Well organized, mature, with a good eye for details
• Able to handle projects from brief to output
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Knowledge in output process and artwork production
• Efficient and fast art working skills, take responsibility for projects
• Clear understanding of production process Innovative, proactive and outgoing
• Good command of both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage.
