A well known, household name targeted at both the luxury and mass market segment. Due to their expanding customer network, they are now seeking a passionate individual to join their Marketing team as Assistant Marketing Manager to improve and manage their retention marketing initiatives.
The role:
You will be responsible for developing and implanting marketing strategies for the purpose of customer retention. As a Retention Marketing specialist you are expected to analyze large amounts of data to draw different recommendations for marketing campaigns targeted at specific customer segments. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who is numerically driven or from a background in CRM.
The ideal candidate is detail-minded and has very strong analytical sense. They are also to have good communication skills to convey numerical findings to key stakeholders. Your proficiency in English and spoken Chinese is necessary for this position.
