Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Personal Assistant
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives in all related areas including personal matters
- Manage schedule, coordinate internal and external meeting
- Prepare reports, agendas, memos and business-related presentation material
- Arrange travel reservations including flight reservations, hotel and car bookings, and other appointments
- Support and assist ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- University graduate with formal executive secretarial training.
- At least 3 years' solid experience in serving executive level is a must.
- Mature,highly rganized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and flexible to work in dynamics and tressful environment.
- Self-motivated, pleasant, tactful, hardworking and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, initiative, responsible and possess good organizational skills.
- Computer literacy in MS office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
