Responsibilities:

• Provide first line in-house and off-site technical support including incident/problem identification, resolution, and escalation to the office and retail shops
• Perform installation, administration, maintenance, and operation of group network, servers, pc, POS, database
• Work with external vendors on system implementation
• Work with internal and external parties to resolve technical issues
• Provide computer operation support including data backup, restoration, IT facility administration, installation, and configuration of PCs and office equipment
• Research, analyse, plan, design, and handle technical tasks, such as product evaluation, system rollout, upgrade, migration, optimization, hardening, re-engineering, automation and change control. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Studies or Information Technology
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT support
• Experienced managing the IT support of retail stores
• Strong knowledge of POS and attendance systems is must
• Hands-on experience in MS Windows and NAS, Firewall, Network Security, Active Directory, VPN, and mobile device support (IOS, window Phone, Android), Mac OS
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong problem solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Able to work after office hour (if necessary)
• Immediately available is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered for IT Support Assistant role.
