Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assess medical claims in compliance with company provisions within authorized limit
• Ensure claims guidelines and conduct regular reviews of claims manuals
• Liaise with reinsurer/medical professionals to conduct assessment and investigation
• Provide support for new product launch and product revamp
• Assist in preparation of monthly operations report for management and in ad hoc claims projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 5 year life insurance with claims experience
• Possess Insurance Professional Qualification, e.g. FLMI or ICA
• Good knowledge of medical aspects
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to multi task, open-minded, willing to learn and take challenge
• Good sense of judgment with strong interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge of PC and proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Assess
