Responsibilities:

• Assist line manager to identify product gap, working on product design and formulate product strategy
• Support product development to bank, IFA and Agency channels covering both investment-linked and traditional life products, including drafting of benefit illustration, policy provisions and product launch manual.
• Assist line manager to work with Sales and Distribution team to liaise with various distribution channels for product launch
• Assist line manager to liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful launch of new product
• To drive product initiatives and ensure the product can be launched as scheduled
• Assist line manager to conduct post launch product review and in-depth ongoing product review
• Perform market intelligence analysis to help management to gain insight and making decisions on product design
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate in discipline such as marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in proposition or marketing
• Good team player and innovative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
