Responsibilities:

• The CLO shall be full time stationed on construction site responsible for checking and monitoring attendance and wages payment record of workers;
• He/she is required to receive/record complaints from workers and provide assistance to them on wages payment and other employment issue; He/she may be deployed to the developer’s office for providing support in coordination and HR tasks.

Requirements:

• Five subjects including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics attained at grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent; F.7 graduated is preferable;
• 2 years of full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties;
• Good knowledge and experience of the operation and practices of the construction industry is preferable; Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation;
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
• Hands on experience in using MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Contractor Labour Officer.
