Responsibilities:

• Handle full range of company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and offshore companies in compliance with the Companies Ordinance and applicable statutory requirements
• Assist team leaders in providing professional advice on corporate matters for Hong Kong and offshore companies and preparing minutes, resolutions and statutory documents

Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or Diploma in Corporate Governance and Administration, Accounting or related discipline. HKICS student / associate member will be an advantage
• 1-3 years’ company secretarial experience with multi-national companies or professional firms
• Well-versed with statutory requirements for Hong Kong and offshore companies
• Self-motivated, a good team player and well-organized
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate, including knowledge of company secretarial software. Proficiency in English and Chinese Word Processing will be an advantage
