• assist in handling the company secretarial and related work for our listed companies and their subsidiaries
• student member of ICSA / HKICS with 1 – 3 years' relevant experience preferably acquired from listed / sizable companies perferred
• self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
• good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (grade C or above in HKCEE / HKAL or "4" in HKDSE in English and Chinese Language or equivalent); good in Putonghua

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Assistant.
