Job Description
Customer Relations Role:
- To lead and manage a team of three people located in the Philippines (from our HK office).
- To deal with international customer enquiries mainly via email (and phone if necessary).
- To provide a personalized bespoke service at all times.
- To resolve situations in a timely manner, while at the same time ensuring the customer feels the situation has been resolved satisfactorily.
- To identify issues proactively and contribute ideas to the existing system and practice.
- To build brand image and enhance customer experience by integrating customer relations into other marketing activities.
General:
- Co-ordinate & relay customer trends quickly and efficiently to the relevant departments.
- Work well within a dynamic and constantly growing friendly but hard working environment.
- Be open to take on new tasks and responsibilities within the company.
Requirements:
- Technically minded individual with a personal interest in, and a good knowledge of, tech and communication products.
- Self-motivated and energetic.
- Socially aware and able to communicate effectively and personably.
- Quick learning and comfortable in learning how to use new systems and products. Good at problem solving with strong prioritizing and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Customer oriented, organized and able to work independently.
- Perfect written & spoken English are essential and highly important.
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure when required.
- Suitable for a young, committed person looking for a key role in a cutting edge company.
- Prior experience in customer relations will be an advantage.
