Functions and duties

To ensure smooth handling of daily sales and customer services activities for the HK station through the following areas:

• Regular communication with local customers on reservation and scheduling matters
• Close coordination with CS teams in other regions to better manage flight capacity and space utilization
• Ensuring timely system input and submission of reports  

Requirements

• Form 7 and above
• Minimum 2 years of customer services experience in the logistics industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and telephone manner with positive attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Be responsible, self-motivated, organized, hardworking, and willing to work under pressure
• Shift duty and overtime work are required
