Job responsibilities:

• Follow up orders, handle & monitor shipping schedule
• Liaise with customers, suppliers & forwarders
• Handle full-set of I/E shipping documents
  
  
  

Job requirements:

• At least 6 years logistics experience
• Handle full set I/E shipping documents, L/C, banking documents & tradelink system independently
• Experience in inventory management 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent computer skills in Excel & Word
• Knowledge in SAP is preferable
• Fluent in English, Chinese, Mandarin, knowledge in Japanese will be an advantage.
